David worked at Phillips Auctioneers before establishing his own antiques firm in Edinburgh, and then moved to the Cotswolds where he opened both trade and retail premises in Montpellier and the Suffolks, Cheltenham.

After his training in furniture restoration, Ricci gained expertise working with high-end luxury timepieces at Rolex agencies including Alfred Chilcott, Jonathan James, and Goldsmiths of Cheltenham. Having run his own business for years, Ricci specialises in buying and valuing both modern and antique watches, with a deep understanding and passion for the historic watch market.
